You can get a 1/4, 1/2 or whole steer. It is $2.75 per pound hanging plus processing. Processing price varies, it is around $0.80 per pound, we can let you know cost when you place your order.
Angus beef is $3.25 per pound when available

You will talk with the butcher about which cuts you'd like, the thickness you would like it cut & how you would like it packaged.
We grow all the grain they eat and work with a nutritionist to ensure a balanced diet.
